A cancer diagnosis whether personal or that of a loved one can impact greatly on a person’s health and emotional well-being. It can be difficult to process the news and deal with the practical implications of a diagnosis, Harbour Cancer Support is here to support them through this time.
All our services are offered free of charge and are not limited to a set time scale, meaning people can access the vital support for as long as they need.
Harbour Cancer Support receives no external funding, we are a completely self-funding charity we rely greatly on our own fundraising efforts, we apply for grants, attend fundraising events, hold a summer and a Xmas fayre, sell charity Xmas Cards and calendars. Each year the charity purchases marathon places and have runners to raise sponsorship.
